Sam recognises the timeline of the design phase, ranging from 6 to 12 months or more. To address this, Renovare Indooroopilly ensures easy continuous communication through apps and weekly debriefs, keeping clients informed in real time.
Comfort is a central theme for Sam, both in the motivation behind renovations and the experience during the process. The aim is to provide clients with a living space that surpasses the comfort of their previous homes. Understanding that many clients reside in their homes during renovations, Renovare Indooroopilly goes the extra mile by installing temporary dust barriers, effectively separating the construction zone from the rest of the house.
Sam’s decision to join the Renovare group was fuelled by the sense of community and collaboration he witnessed among franchisees. Recognizing the isolating nature of the building industry, he appreciated the opportunity to work with like-minded builders striving towards a common goal.
Renovare Indooroopilly aims to fill gaps in the local renovation market by developing a building company that nurtures quality carpenters, assisting them in obtaining builder’s licenses and cultivating the skills to run profitable businesses. Additionally, the company strives to create a more inclusive culture for women in the building industry, providing opportunities for them to thrive.
On a personal note, Sam recently relocated from New South Wales to Brisbane with his two daughters. Weekends are spent at markets, surfing, camping, or practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
